About
I've spent ten years learning what people need when things go wrong.
My story
Where it began.
I started in airport operations more than ten years ago — wide-eyed, eager, and quietly unsure of myself. What I learned, shift after shift, is that the most important skill on the floor isn't speed or scripts. It's presence.
Whether it was a missed connection, a lost child, or a passenger who simply needed someone to listen — the moments that mattered most were the human ones. That's where I found my work.
Career journey
A decade in motion.
From frontline customer service at one of the world's busiest international hubs to mentoring new team members through their first chaotic peak season — my career has been built one passenger, one teammate, one calm conversation at a time.
I've worked across cultures, time zones, and tensions. I've stayed calm when systems were down, when flights were grounded, when emotions were loud. The environment changes. The principle doesn't: treat the person in front of you like a person.
Values & philosophy
What I believe about customer experience.
- Empathy isn't soft. It's the strongest tool in a high-pressure environment.
- Calm is contagious. The energy you bring into a moment shapes how it ends.
- Listen first. Most people don't want to be processed. They want to be understood.
- Small kindness, big outcomes. A two-minute gesture can rescue someone's whole day.
Leadership
Mentoring & team support.
Over the years I've become someone teammates lean on — especially new joiners finding their footing in a fast environment. I mentor in communication, professional presence, and the quieter art of staying composed when a passenger isn't.
Leadership, to me, is making the people next to you feel capable.
